This is what I’m working on lately. More film, more B&W, more experimenting. I will be taking this little gem of a camera to many more shoots in the future.
Hand in hand surrounded by joyous excitement!
This photo conveys a good bit of why I love being a wedding photographer, and how I like to tell the story. I want it to feel like you are there when you look at the photos, and I want my own joy for the couple to come through the lens.
Revisiting in B&W VSCOfilm, I think I love it more now.
i didn’t pay the bill for my old portfolio site. it’s terrible, it doesn’t have the majority of my best newest stuff. i’ve abandoned, neglected, disowned it. the best part about it is it still has my email address and phone number so people who want to pay me to take super rad photos of them can find me.
i am having the darndest time just finishing my new one. i mean it’s so pathetic. it’s like that thank-you card that you haven’t mailed for the christmas gift but now it’s march it you think if you mail it you’ll just look like an ass so why bother. but every day you still think you should mail the damn thing because you are a complete jerk if you don’t. and why the heck don’t you just do it already? welcome to my relationship with my website. it is beautiful and stuck inside my computer. here’s a jpeg. it does exist.
Here’s a little gif of a Green Tea French Macaron being made at Columbia Kate’s Teahouse. YUM YUM! And yes, I did take it home and eat it afterwards.
my child fascinates me, pushes me to my complete limits, and then teaches me more patience. edited with VSCO
